The Commission Process

For first time commissioners, here's an example of my commission process.

Information Stage

First, we will discuss what kind of commission you are looking for.
- (ie. animation, portrait, full bodies, etc)
Then, we will share the necessary information to bring your vision to reality.
- ( For example: dnd character description +personality, your physical characteristics and a selfie for emotes of oneself, a reference photo, etc)
I will provide an estimated deadline for you as well as the payment price. Most pieces are completed within 1-3 weeks unless stated otherwise.

Commission Timeline

After finalizing on your vision and on the commission product, we will discuss payment. Please look below for Payment Details.
After an initial payment has been made, I will send a sketch for approval within a week.
- (PLEASE BE VOCAL ABOUT CHANGES AND ALTERATIONS WITHIN THE SKETCHING STAGE). I don't mind resketching for you. However, I try to limit edits after the line-art stage (with the exception of color choice).
After the sketch is approved by you, I will be continue on line-art. I will send the line-art update within another week. Along with the line-art update, I will send the color palette that I am using for your approval.
After line-art and color palette approval, I will work on finalizing the piece with shading, highlights, fine details, and line coloring.
I will send you the final product to your email to ensure it keeps its quality. If you are happy with your piece, tips are always appreciated~

Payment Details

Before I start any piece, payment must be discussed. Prices can vary depending on complexity.

I accept either two methods of payment:

50% Initial Deposit or Full Upfront Payment

50 % Initial Deposit: Before I start your commission, I accept a 50% initial deposit to PayPal or Venmo. When the piece is finished, I receive the rest of the payment (the remaining 50%) to my PayPal or Venmo.

Full Upfront Payment: Before I start your commission, I accept the full payment of your commission to my PayPal or Venmo.
